| Apple Pecan Baked Pancakes |
| (Serves 4 to 6.) |
| Serve with warm Gusto Apple Syrup and sausages or bacon |

| 3 tablespoons Gusto Apple Syrup (Sweet/Tart/Organic depending on taste) |
| 2 cups Pancake batter (you can use your own recipe or Edmonds) |
| 2 tablespoons butter (melted) |
| 1 cup Granny Smith apples (peeled and cored - sliced) |
| 1/3 cup pecans (chopped) |
| 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (ground) |
| Extra Gusto apple syrup to drizzle |

| 1. | Heat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2. | Prepare pancake mix and set aside. |
| 3. | Pour melted butter in 9" pie plate. |
| 4. | Place apple slices in bottom of pie plate. |
| 5. | Sprinkle cinnamon and pecans and drizzle syrup over apples. |
| 6. | Carefully pour batter on top. |
| 7. | Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. |
| 8. | Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate. |
| 9. | Cut in wedges and serve with warm apple syrup and/or fresh apple butter. |
